HSA & FSA Eligible
Physician visits, laboratory testing, and treatment of diagnosed medical conditions are generally qualified medical expenses. Pay with your HSA or FSA card, and we'll provide an itemized receipt for your records or reimbursement.
Eligibility depends on your individual plan. Some services, such as weight management, may require a letter of medical necessity, which we're glad to provide. Please confirm with your plan administrator.

Do you accept insurance for home visits?
Home visits are offered as a private, self-pay service. We provide a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement, and HSA/FSA cards are welcome.
Who draws my blood?
We coordinate a trained, licensed phlebotomist to visit your home at a time that works for you. Samples go to a certified laboratory, and I review your results personally.
Can I combine a home visit with telehealth?
Absolutely. Many patients start with a video consult, have labs drawn at home, and follow up by video. In-person office visits are also available on Thursdays.
Can DEXA scans or ultrasounds be done at home?
Those require specialized equipment, so we coordinate them at a convenient nearby imaging center and review the results with you.
Is this for urgent problems?
No. Home visits are for planned and ongoing care. For emergencies, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
